Cancellation Policy
At Lunara Nail Kitchen, we understand that life happens, and schedules can change. To ensure we provide the best service to all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:
24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30%.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients.
